How Flowt works
Pay Any Vendor With Your Credit Card
Flowt charges your credit card, then routes the funds to your vendor via ACH. You pay vendors by credit card; your vendor gets a standard bank payment and never sees a card transaction.
Benefits
Why Pay Vendors With a Credit Card?
Paying business vendors with a credit card turns accounts payable into working capital and rewards, without asking your vendors to change anything.
Keep Your Cash Longer
Pay vendors today and settle with your card later. That’s 30 to 60 days of float: working capital that doesn’t cost you a loan or a line of credit.
Earn Credit Card Rewards
Earn points, miles and cash back on vendor spend you couldn’t put on a card before. AP becomes an asset instead of a line item.
Pay Vendors That Require ACH
Your vendor receives a standard ACH payment. There’s nothing for them to sign up for and nothing for them to change.
Handle Larger B2B Payments
Pay up to $1,000,000 per transaction on our Growth plan. Flowt is built for high-value B2B payments that most platforms cap well below.
How it works
How to Pay a Vendor With a Credit Card
Most businesses can run their first transaction in about 10 minutes.
- STEP 01
Add your vendor
Enter the payment details you already have for them. Your vendor doesn’t need to sign up for anything.
- STEP 02
Choose your credit card
Use a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover business card.
- STEP 03
Flowt processes the payment
We charge your card and convert the payment to ACH.
- STEP 04
Your vendor gets paid through ACH
Funds arrive as a normal bank payment. From their side, you simply paid on time.
- STEP 05
You keep your cash longer
Your card bill comes due later, so cash stays in your business 30 to 60 days longer.

What If My Vendor Doesn’t Accept Credit Cards?
You can still pay them with Flowt.
Flowt charges your card and sends your vendor an ACH payment. Your vendor does not need to accept credit cards or change their existing payment process. It just looks like you paid them on time.
Explainer
Credit Card to ACH: How It Works
A credit card to ACH payment lets your business pay with a credit card while your vendor receives an ACH bank transfer. Flowt sits in the middle: we charge your card, then send the funds to your vendor via ACH.
On your side, it’s a card payment. It goes on your card, earns your card’s rewards and isn’t due until your card bill is, giving you more time before cash leaves your account.
On your vendor’s side, it’s a normal ACH deposit. They never see a card transaction, so there’s no card acceptance to set up and nothing new to learn.
That’s why it works for vendors that don’t accept credit cards. If a vendor or supplier can receive ACH, you can pay them with your credit card through Flowt.
